My personal pitch for my movie called Avarice. Im seeking funding to produce the 15 minute drama/comedy for entry into Sundance or Cannes. This idea has been in my head for a long time. It is about a group of young college graduates that cant find work so they decide to start a church. After becoming filthy rich each founder suffers a different fate; death from drugs, bankruptcy, faith challenge, prison, etc. The hero in the film will suffer from a challenge to his faith and he will question his own religion due to being influenced by his muse with concepts such as the dead sea scrolls, the nephilim, leviticus, book of barnabas, the apocrypha and much more.
